  1. Do you think i should send the SB letter and demand it is removed from my credit file ?
  2. Thanks Citizen B on the paperwork the "Date of Default is listed as 12/12/2005 which is also the same date they have list on my credit file. On the paperwork they also say HFO IRELAND are the legal owners of my debt
  3. Hi all i have been dealing with HFO over the last few months regards a old Barclaycard done the CCA and SARS to Barclaycard. Barclays have failed to reply and HFO have sent reams of paper work most of which is nonesense and today i got a letter from Turnbull/Rutherford detaing their clients claim and a copy of the default notice which shows a default date of 12/12/05 (so just outside the SB date) along with a detailed "account transfer" notice from Barclays to HFO CAYMAN and then HFO CAYMAN to HFO IRELAND . Alarms bells rang with the very small print "For the avoidance of doubt this letter is formal notification of the assignment of your debt to HFO CAPITAL LIMITED,a company incorporated under the laws of Ireland with company number 446327 However on ringing Barclaycard today they confirm the last payment was in June 2005 so it appears HFO have moved the default date a few months so they can claim. What would be the best move Thanks
  4. Thanks i will give Barclays a ring other than the phone calls this is the first paper contact i have had
