hi all i have a monument card had been paying ppi on cardsince 2001to i cancel it 2007 they wont go backto 2001 and offer my a goodwill gesture of 242 said i had only paid 485 and i accept it without thnking bout howmuch i have act paidtomy ppi since 2001 any help would e great to late prob bec i have accepted the 242 they wil pay to my card

i have sent to letters to capital one they are not budging ofering 134 and my charges are 854 any advice what i do next thanks
