  6. Hello My apologies for contacting Ellen initially via pm, Any way here’s the story my brother and his son , have been going through some financial difficulties which arose after his business failed some time last year and his partner leaving him with their 20month old son As far as i can tell and all the info I have managed to gather, He attended in person the Possession order hearing on the 12th of June Where an arrangement was made for an additional £100 for arrears of £4665.78 to be added to the monthly £1200 1st payment was 25th June 08 which was made The problems started the following month in July where without any prior warning his interest rates and repayments rose to £1600, and as he had just started a new job he and had to work a month in hand before getting paid he informed his Mortgage Company all this by phone and letters stating if an arrangement could be made so that the initial agreed sum could be paid but was refused He also explained his predicament of his new job which also fell on deaf ears He also had to pay out for a new nursery which was not planned for, Anyway on returning from his new job training and getting his first pay he called up to make a payment on the 18 Sept and was told he will be evicted on the 24th Sept and that the court had issued a warrant of possession on he 2nd of Sept As he’s been away on training he was completely unaware of this, he has managed to pay £2500 out of a total of £7900 of arrears as of last week Friday but his lenders are still going ahead with the eviction I have had to travel down from university to help out as I feel this might be the last straw if he looses his home What ever help I can get would be greatly appreciated I have the N244 form ready and the court is 10mins away from me
