Hiya, I understand all of the requesting the charges statements and then putting it in writing about intending to claim and stuff but what does LBA and DPA and stuff like that mean?? When I first read all this stuff all i thought that I had to do was request the details of the charges then write to advise intention to claim ... what do I have to include??
