Received a letter today saying they are dealing with my complaint. 14 days are up.What do I do now?????????????

14 Days up on Tuesday.No reply to my letter yet.Getting in touch with the court on wednesday.Right or Wrong?

Had a mortgage with G-Mac Residential Funding up to 3 years ago.Thinking about asking for my charges back off them as well.The only problem is,shredded all the paperwork (DUMB I know).Need to know 1) Address 2) Tel no so that I can find my account no 3) Is it the same letter as getting the charges back from Halifax. THANKS

Thanks hwild,I will carry on reading plus the friend I refered to earlier has succesfully retrieved money from his bank,so he will be helpfull in providing me with some guidance as well as the forum of course.Thanks for the reply,as two heads are better than one and I take all advice on board.

OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!!! Just been reading a few of the other cases on the forum and it,s just dawned on me that if HALIFAX want to be awkward they could close my account at some stage. i,ve a poor credit history, SORRY,an awful credit history as far as the HALIFAX would only give me a debit account.Where oh where am I going to get a half decent account once I start the ball rolling.I think I should have a backup account somewhere.Can some one please advise. Thanks.
