hi, im new to this forum and i would be grateful for some help and advice. I have recently received a letter from Lowell financial. They say they have tried to contact me on numerous occassions, and that i owe xxx amount to them. They also say my account is with the pre-litigation department and have asked me to make an offer of settlement to them or arrange a monthly payment plan, otherwise they will pass onto Hamptons legal. Im not realy sure what the money owed is for. I would be grateful for some advice thanks
