  1. bill of sale with stamp from court !! i have also noticed that as per usuall my witness was the lender ie witness address 34 a deodar st and the witness ocupation is down as underwriter ,, Save.PDF Save0001.PDF
  2. thanks sweet i have spent hours searching !! and i am sure that mine is not valid , i have a copy of the original from lbl and it is past the seven days 14 to be precise , it is an official stamp from the court and dated , will scan and post on here thanks m
  3. hi to all i still owe log book loans £220 which i will pay them !! , what i am disputing is the telephone charges and late payments when i aggreed a monthly payment and not a weekly .... anyway to the point . i have a bill of sale which i signed dated the 2nd october 2007 , after reading this forum i asked them for proof that my bill of sale was registered, they sent me by return of post an a4 copy of registration in the high court of justice... but the court stamp date is 16th october 2007 , i have phoned lbl and told them it was not reg in time, they say that its the date the court gets the bos not when they stamp it .... any help on this one thanks mark
  4. no legal cover with home insurance ... will contact acas and let you know what happens many thanks
  5. about 3 months ago, no action was ever taken ..... any ideas on how to claim it back , have sent them a letter before action threatning small claims court , do you think acas could help , many thanks
  6. i was there for aprox 11 months , was a very small company only 4 staff, never had any contract or terms of employment, and never signed anything else, yes i am a plumber , was offered a better job. also the mistakes with the job were down to me ...... thanks
  7. hi , can anybody help with a problem i have , i was employed by a company direct not self employed, i gave 1 weeks notice but did not recieve all my monies that were owed , i have now got a cheque of them and they have deducted £1000 ..... reason being that they had to pay somebody else to put right my mistakes after i had left , i am quite sure that they can only do this to a self employed person or a subcontracter.... thanks
