hi just catch up on my cca request ive been doing the first one is clarity debt from sgyma bank uk so i sent clarity a cca request in july sent a letter back saying dont have the information ,so now the debt has gone to west midlands debt collection so ive cca them last week as well as sgyma bank as they are the oc got a reply from sgyma with acopy of terms and conditions an application form but with no details on just a blank form what does this mean they dont have the info they said to contact them if needed more info , what kind of letter should i reply with

i just had the same thing done to me today waste of time phoning them told me to put a claim in which wont be dealt with until the test case

just recieved a text message from intrum justitia ltd wanting me to ring them ,i wont do that ,so does any one one know these guys

hi am shaking with nerves just typing out my letter to dg solicitors and i got aphone call off them woman on the phone got a mouth ful where did she get my number from didnt do her securtiy questions told about the cca request and that hsbc account was in dispute and i wasnt talking to her anymore tbh i think ive only got a letter from them because hsbc couldnt verfiy me to send my my sar request so i sent them a letter telling them that dg didnt have a problem asking for payment on the account from me so wheres your problem in sending me my statements my own fault i dont want phone calls starting again

Hi Thanks To Everyone For The Advice Just Checked Royal Mail Only One For The Electro Came Was Wescot Clarity Sent Back My P/o And Was Looking It To It Equidebt Posted On 2 /7 Just Says At The Local Office 4/7 It Was Dg Soliltors Not Mcs Posted2/7/ At Local Office 4/7 The Last Letter From Them All Was About 5/june Stating That None Payment Will Do This &that And Whatever ,i Think They Would Of Contact Me Before Now If They Hadnt Got The Letters Just Waiting For Next Step

hi i have been waiting very patiently for replys to my cca requests from equidebt and mcs and clarity all letters where sent on 4 july had i letter saying their are looking in to it but now their are in default so when to send a 2 nd letter could sleep last night due to worry of what they might do no letters today

the is my partners debt i cancel virgin media as he was in hospital having treatment for cancer, the debt passed to moorcroft have said that they unable to provide a copy of your agreement as the contract was taken out over the phone as ,service has been supplied at your property this makes you liable for the account ,ive been busy sorting out my bank charges and stuff and so i sent moorcroft cca request just to give me a bit of breathing space while i sort it out but what i do now
