Many thanks for your advise, however the postcode only take you to a car park next to "Vineries Garden Centre, Lower Road, KT24 5JP", where the seller rent the parking spaces to store his cars. We actually complete the sale, signed document at his house and I have written down the house number and street name. However I think I need the address where he registered for his car trading business. I am 1.5 hours from him. -

Bought A Car From A Dealer Without Address
FEI posted a topic in Vehicle retailers and manufacturers
:confused:I need a bit of advise here... I bought a car from a TRADER which advertised the car on AUTOTRADER. The car was fairly priced and I talked to the guy over the phone last Thursday, he confirmed everything works and the car is in good condition, just serviced and with full service histories, comes with 3 MONTHS (Engine & Gearbox) WARRANTY too. I left the deposit straight away and picked up the car last Saturday in RUSH. However later I found out the air-condition is not working/cold and the histories shown that the car hasn't been serviced (as-per-manufacturer-requirement since 2007), apart from annually oil change. I tried to call the seller but typically there is NO ANSWER. But what most worrying is, the dealer is called ANDREWS CAR CENTRE, it has no postal or VAT registered address on the website nor on the Bill of receipt. The dealer is working from home and there is no showroom. There website Welcome to Andrews Car Centre - Used Cars for sale in Guildford, Surrey, UK - Quality German Car Sales I am taking the car to a local garage to carry out a inspection. My questions are: 1) Has the trader/seller breached the contract, as he said the car has full service histories, and everything works? 2) If the local garage inspection comes out and the car needs big work, am I right that I can return the car in 7 days? (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. But what if the seller not answering my call or I cant get him from his "home"? 3) If I decided to sue him for the repair cost or bleach of contract, how can I get his company registered address? I paid the deposit with debit card but the balance by cash. Any advises are appreciated.! -
Many Thanks for asking, I sent the letter to them and they just simply replied saying," Your appeal has not been accepted and the file is now closed, no further investigation will be made." I absolutly agree they are proper thieves. I was thinking to issue them a county court summon but I was busy and forgot about it. It has been almost 1 year now, is it too late to sue them?? I have enough evident to prove they issue the ticket wrongly. Thanks, Fei

1st of all many many thanks indeedpin1onu for your help! I love you! :pThere are a few questions refer to your suggestions: How can I perform a check on the company if they have the non-frontline license? Below is their website I cannot see they have listed their SIA number anywhere, it only state, "All our staff are licensed by the government regulatory body (The Security Industry Authority) and display their SIA vehicle immobilisation licence whilst on duty." Are they illegal? Or the warden was illegal? London Parking Control Yes I have checked it PEABODY TRUST owns the pavement, and basically the whole estate, and they are the PPC's client. However I am not sure if the signs apply to the pavement? Also how can I name PEABODY TRUST as co-defendants? should I copy them with the very first appeal letter to the PPC? Thanks for the help of this, however is it only useful when it comes to court? So I should include this when I am writing to the small claim court? Many thanks, Fei
