Oh yes....they did not require a signature to send a new pin number!!

So does that mean they wont carry out my request until I supply a signature?

Had a letter back from m&s saying they require my signature!! Is it wise to give them one or are they just stalling??? any help advice welcome.

personal reserve was a credit account were they gave you a cheque book instead of plastic...personal debt more like!!

Hi all Sending S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to m&s tomorrow as have had store card,personal loans,personal reserve and credit card with them. In fact they have thrown credit at me for years! Aim is to claim back any charges and ppi. Mark.

Hi Maz I'm a newbie here and will also be requesting cca and sar from m&s. Just wondered if you could tell me what to put on postal order and what address etc to send to? Would like to do a couple of things..... Request cca from mbna,ltsb and m&s and also sar m&s and ltsb. Should I start threads for info on how to do this??? Hi there I'm new to all this but wondered if you could tell me who the payment should be made out to for a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to m&s....would it just be m&s financial servs? I had a personal reserve account and several loans but have no paperwork for them as moved house and shredded old statements etc. any help would be appreciated..thanks.
