  1. Hi – I have just finished work to find a letter from my local county court notifying me in a judgment on behalf of the CSA for £13000.!! For the past four years I have battled with the CSA on the fact that I have been paying my ex wife via direct debit a weekly sum of monies that we had agreed. I also tried to explain to them that I had re married and have children. This has not been taken into consideration. After my divorce over 9 years ago I was forced to go into bankruptcy, I have obviously over come that and been very careful with monies trying to rebuild my credit history, now without any correspondence from the CSA I find myself in the same position that I was all those years ago. I am now 43 years old hoping to buy a get a mortgage and start again – the CSA has now basically stopped me from doing that due to their incompetence. I will now be unable to borrow money for at lest 6 years which means not being able to pay for my daughters wedding or anything like that. No wonder dads commit suicide because of this unapproachable defective hostile group of people. Is there anyone that can help me out!! I just feel is gone out of control and I have no one to turn to !

  3. Hi I contracted to a company which sent me to Luxembourgh - before I went they said the job was for 17 days, they forwarded me £850 for taxis which they said it was £50 per day, they also gave me subsidance for the duration which was £35 per day which was £595. The day I got there I negotiated with a taxi driver a cheaper rate £30 per day, because I worked lots of hours and copleted the job 2 days early they want £70 back and also the difference in the taxi money!! Can they do this!!!!
  4. Thanks Guys A bit more info - I was sub-contracting to this company and basically went onto a job which involved me travelling to London, I was told that all my travel expenses would be covered, so the first week I paid £144 for the train and £44 for parking, last week I was told that I was responsible for travelling to work!! So I travelled down to London picked up my tools, at that point the MD told me it wasn’t working out. They have also said that I will not be paid for 60 days!! I sent them a copy of my T&C’s which clearly state that payment is due on receipt of invoice. (which is for March’s work) also it states that I will charge interest after 14 days at 10%.
