woooooo! I found the receipt this morning!

The catalogue number is: 529/2882 and has the same model number on the back of the tv that is in the catalogue: LCD32805HD I have emailed tv licensing but had no reply as yet. I tryed calling argos customer services yesterday and wasted £4 in the phone waiting and then got cut off so i have mailed them instead.

No not yet, i don't drive and have to get a taxi, i don't want to lug the tv down to argos for them to tell me that they can't help me! I can't remember the exact date of purchase, just the month. Is there a number on the tv somewhere that i can check with the company when it was bought?

Hiya! Wonder if anyone can help, i bought a tv from argos 8 months ago and it went pop right before my eyes. Problem is i can't find my receipt, i did however give them my details for the tv licensing people, is this proof enough? I am happy to have the tv fixed, i just can't prove i bought it from argos as i paid cash! Is there anything i can do?
