I am starting a tenancy for someone with a bad credit history, they are going to pay 6 months rent in advance. Please can someone advise me of how to word this on the tenancy agreement because I won't need to write that the rent is due on the xx day of the month etc. Also is there problems with giving a tenant notice when they are paying the rent in full upfront at the start of the tenancy?
