Salesman has accepted stating 1 owner, he put it down to his computer because it said 1 owner. He is now in the act of speaking to his superiors to resolve the issue and give us an outcome. So who knows.

Well the logbook says 3 owners, so in my eyes and a possible other buyers eyes its had 3 owners not 1 as stated by the dealer, whether it be showroom owners or not. So its still been mis-sold then, surely.

Hi everyone! Stumbled across your site while surfing google about this. Very informative site you have here! I bought a used car from a toyota dealer 12 days ago on, they told me the car only had 1 owner, I purchased the vehicle only to find out yesterday the car actually has had 3 owners before me! I want to return the vehicle as it has been mis-sold and it is surely overvalued if they sold it as a single owner when it has had 3! It will also be more difficult for me to resell one day with 4 owners. Am I within my rights to return it and get my money back? Many thanks.
