hello, i was with virgin broadband for just over a year, i lost my job last month and cancelled some direct debits including virgin broadband. They charged me for February £18, then a £10 charge, another £5 charge, they then cut off the service on 28th February. I was willing to pay this, then this morning i got a letter saying i owe £74, I called them and they said i will continue to get charged every month until i settle the bill. I suggested that i pay for the services i got for February and that was it but they want me to pay for march and april too. Could anyone give me any help with this? thankyou
