I too have been had by carcraft and the nac guarantee! like you I was told after the fault occured that the warranty was void due to lack of service history, however my car was serviced by a mechanic but it wasnt done at a vauxhall dealer and apparently this doesnt count!! information that would havde been useful when i signed the agreement. it is about time that there was something put in place to protect people such as us so that no body else gets conned into an agreement with either company. it is extremley unfortunate for us that we cannot claim anything back but i hope that people will read these posts and NOT consider buying from them. my advice is make sure that you spread the word to all of your friends and family and anyone else you know that they SHOULD NOT buy a car from them on finance or outright purchase they will be had. If you do get any joy or find a way to reclaim your money please let me knowas i am out of pocket by a couple of thousand pound too!!!!!
