NEWLYN BAILIFF CLAMPED CAR 21ST DEC MY car was clamped and i was asked to pay £1303 to release ,these were for two pcn's that i was not even aware of. My car was clamped in the supermarket car park during christmas time ,is this legal as the bailiff used ANPR to track the car i presume I have logged pe2/pe3 and a te7/te9 to have this 2 PCN Reviewed and sent back to Northampton TEC Bulk processing with a statutory declaration ,and will challenge with harrow borough council when they notify me i paid approx £500 to get clamp released ......what can i do next as i had to borrow the money to pay this How can i complain to the council firstly and than the bailiff as i searched your site for template letters ,but could not find any available I did not receive any notice from Newlyn that they were pursuing a sum of money on two PCNs Disgusting that a bailiff has the right to clamp even if you not at your address ,but shopping. low life thats all i can say

Clamped by Newlyn in dec 2013 in asupermarket car park ,,asking for £1230 ,told him how can you clamp here and not in my property address ,,replied he can paid £250 released car and now fighting for ideas to challenge 2 PCN and a letter of complaint to the council as this stinks

Hi Yes back again today received a Schedule of notice for eviction date application via the court by rooftop DWP stopped SMI in October last year ,but I continued to pay £200 towards rooftop .it took over 9-10 months last time round to process my claim as rooftop don't send the forms SMI to DWP ,hence they can go for eviction dirty little rootop rats

Hi long silence as I had the same silence from rooftop They sent a financial advisor stating they had lost contact with me etc ,however on their system it will show the correspondence etc and call I had made only to be told case worker is not here every time I am told I need to sell the house or get Mortgage rescue cheeky??yes I thought mortgage is 520 +200 towards arrears ,as I am unemployed it does not add up and dwp taking time again to deal with claim stuck for words I have reopened the FOS CLAIM AS I had not heard from them from the last complaint ref fees and charges

i shall try and contact affinity directly and they can take the sum of minimum payment from my JSA...what would be the minimum per week

Wow £395 that could have gone to the arrears ,dont pay a penny more lots of us battling with Rooftop ,dont be scared this site has very helpful advisors or help and deliver above and beyond

Well so much paper ,been going through it and making a note of charges and fees applied i sorted out statements,conversations,etc into little mountains than started the pain of charges ,solicitors costs,visits yes mine did not say rooftop it said C***n,SO STILL GOING THRU.hOW YOU GETTING ON

Well done what was the original total of fees and charges as mine are £10k plus and they offered £485 ..is it worth the battle and time

Yes contacted them they said payment has been made and not stopped Have to wait for the letter to send to FOS NOW AS fees =£10k+ arrears are only less than £1500

request SAR and enclose £10 ,than when you receive the paper work yes it wil be a massive bundle you will see the stamp of the mortgage company on it ,,rooftop will be Future,crown farringdon etc

called them today as i had no notification from them payment was not made,only found out after receipt of Roof letter saying payment of dwp was not made Left messages they will call me DWP within 48 hours.As i have a stay of eviction ,i called roof 3-4 times today left messages no reply from my case worker .Looks like they plotting silently to evict ,so i feel as there is very little time i may log with FOS and then send fees charges to roof ,Totally confused now

Thanks a lot to go through but i am in the right franme of mind now ,had a stay of eviction granted in april when they included fees/charges with teh arrears which were only £1500 .today found out that DWP did not make june payment however i met the shortfall which i do every month ..called rooftop today 3-4 times left messages no responce ,,looks ike they prep for eviction .I may just have to by some time as to why DWP did not make payment Called DWP and left message they will get back in 48 hours

PWG,in previous post you said they Rooftop SETTLED in pricipal have they now settled after your correspondence i am in the process of requesting feesand received SAR info any help would be great in responding to the SAR
