Thanks - It's not that I'm worried, far from it - I have quite a few 'goons' I can call in myself if needed. I just wondered if anyone's had the displeasure of one of these clowns calling at their home and what the outcome was.

Hi All, Has anyone any idea what a 'Outside Field Operative' is? - I received a letter from Elite Collections Ltd (after previous letters telling them to b-----ks) stating that this 'operative' will be visiting my address within a week to discuss the matter further. I am now sending them a letter explicitly refusing any of their employees or persons acting on their behalf access on to my property for any reason whatsoever. I will also instruct them to issue Court proceedings within the next 14 days or consider the matter closed. Anyone any advice on this? Many Thanks, Mick.:?
