  1. Thanks for the replies, i have worked there 6 years and never been in trouble before. I think i will just put in statement that I know nothing about the cause of the damage and was unaware of it until management asked us all if we knew anything.
  2. Hi I am after some advice on a problem I have at work. I work in a large storage depot where I work in a Reach Truck(Fork lift) placing pallets of goods into racking. Sometime in November a hole was found in the floor/wall where it appears that a reach hit the wall. This was reported to management by cleaners who found it. Nobody knows when it was done or by whom. There are about 30 people who work doing this same role each day. I was pulled up by management yesterday as they beleive i had done this damage, which I had not. I asked why they though it was me and all they said was that somebody had told them it was me! That is all the proof they have , no cctv or damage to my truck. I have to give a written statement to them on Monday on what i know about the incident, which is nothing. They have let it been know amongst all the other staff that it was me, which i think is very unfair. My wife and I are worried that i will be "framed" for this damage, so want to know what should i put in a statement if anything as I know absolutely nothing about it. Also what can I do re my employers spreading false information that it was me. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks Waccoe74
