Celicaman, I still have a £2000 overdraft facility with HSBC they charge me £24 a month interest as I hover around the OD £1500 mark plus a £25 overdraft facility or as they put on the statement notified charges. Can I claim only the £25 overdraft facility back or can I claim some of the interest charges back as well?

I won a claim for my charges back and was paid in full. Can I claim again as the bank HSBC says I cant for 6 months. Is this true?

Hi, New here. I am about to claim back charges from HSBC. Feb this year I got a charge of £125 for exceeding my £2000 overdraft limit by £80 for 2 days and the following month got stung again for exceeding the overdraft limit by 6 days.This is an addition to the charges I was getting for the overdraft limit about £23 per month. The reason I overdrew was that they took out 3 Direct Debits out on the same day and didnt stop them . Have I a case , and if so where can I get a template to claim it back. I have been with them for 20 years and its the 1st time it has happened. Many thanks Eastie:)
