  5. I thought the rules were as long as the agent offed the vendor (landlord) the option to put it in the TDS or Deposit portection scheme,(as i know it) then thats as far as the agent has to go?, i deal with residental sales so i may be wrong but thought id just put some imput.
  6. Yesterday a previous address i used to live at recived a phone call asking for me. BCW left a message asking me to call back and left a ref number to call back with. I gave them a call and found them very unprofessional. i callled them up and gave my name and ref number and asked why they were calling me. they said they cant give me any information untill i give them my address. being that i havnt lived at the address they called at for about 18 months (and the person they spoke to she said he dont live here anymore and didnt give them my new address). i refused stating i dont want to give my personal information to someone i know nothing about. The lady on the phone said that we'd be hearing from there solictor. I then got a bit angry saying good luck as you dont know where i live and put the phone down. was i right in doing this?? also i had recieved no letters from them at all. any advice would be great lee
