If you would like to make a payment, please contact the debt collection agency: Portfolio Recovery Associates (0) 1563 556 540 Interesting, there is an additional loan in here: Another email: Notice of Overdue Payment Dear xxxxxx, Customer ID#: xxxxxx Total Amount Due: £561.00 You currently have one or more payday loans from QuickQuid which are overdue. Below is the list of loans which are past due: ID: xxx4259 FUNDING DATE: 06/12/2013 AMOUNT DUE: £387.00 DUE DATE: 20/12/2013 ID: xxx3802 FUNDING DATE: 22/11/2013 AMOUNT DUE: £87.00 DUE DATE: 06/12/2013 ID: xxx1409 FUNDING DATE: 11/11/2013 AMOUNT DUE: £87.00 DUE DATE: 22/11/2013 ------------------------------ Another Email: ------------------------------- Original Loan: Loan ID: xxx1409 Loan Amount: £300.00 Term: 39 days, commencing on 11 Nov, 2013 Total Amount Owed: £525.00 You must make 3 payments as follows: £75.00 due on 22 Nov, 2013 £75.00 due on 06 Dec, 2013 £375.00 due on 20 Dec, 2013 So it seems 2 defaults on my credit file are from Quick Quid. The PRA Group Default looks like it is for all 3 loans (£561) But the CASHEURONET default looks like its for one of the loans (£87) included in the above one. Pretty confused on how to approach now :S Should i just SAR QuickQuid? Or PRA Group?
2. After doing some reading i realise that it is futile to get defaults removed from my credit file. I am looking to get a mortgage next year, my credit file would have been clear by next year. I logged into my credit file yesterday to find two PDL defaults had appeared on my file. This is obviously a pretty bad thing so i need to do all i can to remove them if at all possible. I am looking for a Full and Final Letter template to send them and couldn't see one in the document section. Can anyone help me draft one? CASHEURONETUK,LLC and PRA GROUP (UK) LIMITED Note one of the default is zero balance for some reason :S Any help would be appreciated lots.
3. Update: I've contacted the court, who put me in touch with the solicitor who filed the CCJ. I contacted them and they tell me the case is closed, they wouldnt tell me who their client was. I went back to the court and they didnt know either. But they suggested it could be the administrators since Millenium Estates went belly up in 2008. I called the administrators and they tell me its unlikely to be them since they dont use the solicitors who filed the claim. Additionally the administrators said even if it was them they would unlikely have proceeded to obtain a CCJ against me. Where do i go from here? Any ideas?
4. No idea, this is totally the first ive heard of it, just got my credit file and there it is. All i was told (by the court) was it was for Property Repossession
5. I know the court, Salford County Court, oddly enough the court is no longer operating and has been passed to another local court. I've spoken to the new court and they gave me the name of the company. They no longer exist.
6. I recently acquired my credit file and found a CCJ on there for £5000. This it turns out was for Property Possession, i was renting though :S The twist in all this is that the company went into administration when i lived there, i moved out a month later. How they get a figure of £5000 is beyond me. What can i do about this CCJ? I can prove i wasnt living there on the judgment date. Anyone?
7. Wow PT, Thank you very much for your help on this, i really do appreciate it, i will be sending this off tomorrow. Should i be mentioning the removal of the DEFAULT at this stage? or does that come after? John
8. ok, something has gone ary here, your quote (version) doesnt appear in my letter to them, dont tell me i've sent them the wrong letter: After recently obtaining a copy of my credit file from Experian I was concerned to note that your company has placed a "Default" notice against an account in my name. Further to this I have no recollection of ever receiving such a notice, and I therefore require you to substantiate this data at your earliest convenience. 1. You must supply me with a true copy of the alleged agreement you refer to. This is my right under your obligation to supply a copy of the agreement under the legislation contained within s.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s.77 (1) for fixed sum credit). Your obligation also extends to providing a statement of account. I enclose a £1 postal order in payment of the statutory fee. 2. You must supply me with a signed true and certified copy of the original default notice. 3. Any deed of assignment if the debt was sold on. I would request that this data is provided to myself within the next 28 days, if you are unable to provide this data then I must insist that it is removed from my files as unsubstantiated. Yours faithfully Have i?
9. i need all the help i can get. So assistance would be greatly appreciated. Would my bank records be proof i moved address? Not sure how to prove it, i dont have any docs from back then?
10. Oh sorry. I simply got a copy of my credit file after being refused credit, noticed the CCJ, sent a letter to the Court requesting a copy of the CCJ. First time i was aware of it was a few weeks ago.
11. Oh i see, my apologies JO, i totally missed hte boat on that one. Didnt get much sleep. Is there a template response to this?
12. im thinking the same. But, if i say i didnt receive the judgement because i had moved, and add the additional about my address having london in it, could that be more plausable?
