Do you subcribe to Credit Expert, if not I would advice that you do so, then you can check your credit file. The threats that Wescot send can not be inforced in any way, basically they have no authority what so ever thats why they go to the extreme measures of intimidation. Just ignore them and they will go away.

Please if you can't afford the debt do not respond to any correspondance always deny the debt, do not speak to them. there is nothing they can do. you will only restart the debt. They have six years to get you to pay then there is nothing they can do. -
