general form of judgement repayment timeframe

just have a value, no date -
is there a set time for repayment following a judgement, or, if a judgement is issued with no timeframe, is this "open ended"?

Hi, and thanks for your reply, basically following loads of correspondence, adjournments etc.. a judge granted damages to tfs yesterday upon an unenforceable credit agreement (subject to appeal now, of course) i was litigant in person, and the judge refused to assess the enforceability because my defence (written 18 months ago) didn't detail the enforceability. my witness statement, skeleton argument, and correspondence disclosed however did! i now have to sue the vendor, and consequently the 20k damages awarded yesterday need to be included. the judge refused to adjourn, to allow me to revise my defence. the judge assumed that TFS's appended terms and conditions applied even though no evidence demonstrated that they were associated. the hpa was unenforceable, yet the judge was not willing to revisit such an argument

New Comedy Double Act RRG and TOYOTA GB part 1
jamraz replied to L7 CBB v RRG's topic in Vehicle retailers and manufacturers
What happened with all this in the end, i have some big toyota gb, toyota financial services, and dealership issues -
the transaction also has numerous discrepancies where the amount of credit is more than the balance on my order form, and fails to demonstrate my deposit for which i have receipts.....
-
have a look at this attachment i have to be careful as i am defending my case in court next week, and you never know who's looking... i have numerous issues with the purchase involved, however, the technicality of small contractual discrepancy may make life much easier in curt! HPA SNAPSHOT.pdf

I have 2 identical clauses in an H.P.A. relating to ending early, they detail what payment is required to be able to settle early, and appropriately the first demonstrates calculated figures. the other, identically termed, details £0 at 1/4 term, £0 at half term, and £0 at 3/4 term. now how would this work, legislation requires fair and understandable terms, however, how would it cover such ambiguity and contradiction?

urgent unenforceability question
jamraz replied to jamraz's topic in Vehicle Finance and Vehicle Repossessions
Another question, have an amount of credit that is contrary to the order form and the receipt (i.e. my deposit has vanished) how does this get remedied in court, its clearly ambiguous, misleading and incomplete, detailing some form of embezzlement, so i assume the jude would have no option but to refund monies paid to date, and agree the contract is terminated (unenforceable) as a consequence? -

f.o.s. adjudicator has replied to my fos complaint suggesting that he is happy with whats happened, and now i have to wait for an ombudsman to look at the complaint??????? crazy!, i thought i had asked the ombudsman to look at it, not an adjudicator....why are the fos so reluctant to sort this out? -
Hi...did This In 2008, When They Had A Collection Agency On The Case (they Havent Followed Up Since), Sent Them A Chq And A Cca Requested (JAN 2008), Got A Reply Saying That They Were No Longer Able To Act On Nat West's Behalf.... So Its Good News That They Are Not Chasing The Balance, But I Have A Default That Needs To Be Removed, And Re Initiating The P.p.i.claim Seems To Be The Best Solution ????? The Letter Received Yesterday Starts......"on This Occasion I Cannot Locate The Loan Agreements..."

now have some of the s.a.r. information...well none really, ...they have issued copies ofmy p.p.i. insurance terms and conditions, thats all, apparently they are telling me that credit agreements and applications are not part of the D.S.A.R. ???? despite me highlighting that this was important information, subject to my 1 year old p.p.i. complaint, and claim against imposed bank charges on a dormant account, with no credit facility (yet they have still issued a default against it!) where do i stand?...how do i best get the credit agreements, as this will show that the p.p.i. was inclusive (on a pre printed form)

Halifax Overdraft - Changes to Accounts £1 a day

seems to be happening quicker than i have been lead to expect...... -
hi all, served a full dsar request (paid the £10 by postal order) on natwest 2 weeks ago, and got a letter last week (with no telephone numbers to contact back on) asking for a signature to confirm my i.d. i sent them a fax the same day telling them im not obliged to sign anything, i photocopied my drivers license, and defaced my signature on it, and clearly over wrote the date and dsar request on it, and politely told them to stop messing around and send the information to the same address that they have registered, that very one that they sent a default notice too..... they have replied today requesting another copy as they cannot verify my signature....again it has no contact telephone number, just a fax, and an address...clearly delay tactics. now do i play ball, reply and tell them as per my last letter they do not need a signature, or do i just report them to the i.c.o.?
