although I need to refill with approx. 3 pints of water each time I use it.

It appears it could be the head gasket or something to do with the pistons, and have been advised its a very expensive job, what rights do I have please?

Iam due to see the Manager on Tuesday can I ask for a exchange car? or my money back

If you are struggling now this will just get worse - once you are on a DMP and are making payments - that is it end of as for the company passing the debt over I suspect it is more than 6 years old which could make it statute barred

Have googled all the DCA you mention - check out Mercers, well known for bully craptics

Vic - Regarding Capital Credit Agencies - I think they are in house, unless its Capital Credit Recovery, and you can find them on google, just a bog standard DCA so same rules apply.

You have done all you can do - at the end of the day once you have asked for CCA or made an offer which is acceptable and as long as its a token payment of a pound, there isnt a lot they can do!

It works on a basis of she will give up before we do - its like the 30day round robin

Send letters saying I will not discuss anything on the phone - Writing only

As for food - if you look at all the debt plan advice - you are allowed by law to eat!

So start feeding yourself!

Debts will be here a long time after you have lost weight and slipped down the plug hole

The reason for asking is you do not say weather this was from the CC people or another debt

First things here how old is the CC debt and who was it passed onto?

If you google the name its probably one of the DCA's that are regular named ones on here

Also have you missed any payments? or are the DCA just applying for a Charging Order

to make a unsecured debt into a secured one

SF2010 - if you do decide to get a F&F settlement - make sure you do the following ok

You want it in writing that this is a full and final settlement, and that no remainder will be passed or sold on

at anytime in the present or future.

Sometimes they will take an amount and then sell on to another company

if you get the fob off that we cant put that in writing, YES they can

Have a read on CAG about Robinson Way - you will see that name pop up often
