  2. hi Folks i have read on here many wonderful ways of Dealing with Baliffs for council tax but unfortunatley im a dumbass (and wouldnt be in this mess if i wasnt) and im a tad confused whats best to do i've attached a copy of the letter i got the other day, i did phone him and said i would pay it all by wednesday but then noticed the extra added on any advice would be great thanks Ian jacobs.doc

  4. whats the best way to deal with these, i guess with it being council tax its best to pay them but dont want to speak to them direct. the company is Jacobs
  5. sorry for the delayed response folks, thanks to everyone for their excellent advice it is really appreciated i will keep you posted of any more nonsense from thames credit or TBI financial (still not had a response from TBI and it's coming up to 30 working days since i sent off the cca request) Cheers again Ian

  7. hi folks i received a copy of my application for Beneficial Finance credit card yesterday with a letter asking to contact them with regards payment i dont dispute that i owe them but do dispute the amount they are asking for is there anything i can do about this ? also i had ppi would i be able to claim this back off thames credit or would i have to go through HFC. thanks to everyones advice and im sorry if these questions have been answered on many other threads unfortunatley i dont get much chance to get online, thanks once again Ian

Hi Folks sorry to bother you all again, i received a letter from Thames Credit Limited about an outstanding debt, i sent off a CCA request and i recieved the following letter, any advice on what i should do next would be appreciated (hope this works). Also not heard from TBI Finance CCA letter was sent 20th Feb Thanks again Cheers Ian thames.doc

Hi guys 'n' Girls Bit new at all this ive had a letter from TBI Finacial with regards to an oustanding debt which im not disputing i owe but i am disputing the amount and im also sending off a CCA letter The question im asking is should i put in the CCA letter that im disputing the amount or wait to see what they send me back also would any forum members recommend me speaking to a debt managment company or are they just as bad as DCA's Sorry if these are answered in FAQS ive looked but dont get that much time on a computer thanks again
  11. Hi everyone my names Ian, I have just received a letter from TBI Financial Services for an outstanding debt and i came across this web site after googling TBI i have read a few threads with regards TBI. Is a CCA the first thing i should go for, any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks
