They would already have had your credit file. Aside from the fact they are looking at it every month and probably even updating the records.

 

Their options. Ok - so you probably werent aware of what they COULD do. However, they have not made you aware of what they MUST do before any of these options are open to them.

 

Presumably you have requested a CCA from them ? Have they complied

 

Were you ever provided with a Default Notice, a Termination Notice, a Notice of Assignment ?

 

They will need to follow preaction protocols - if they dont and simply issue a stat demand or Claim then of course let us know and we will be ready for them [/
