Thanks. New Letter printed and i'm off to the post office now. Will keep you all updated on when both Welcome and The Lewis Group have had them delivered and if i get any replies reom them. Lyndsey

OMG I am very confused by the info in the letter lol I have not got much knowledge of this stuff lol. Thanks for the letter. I will have to try to dig out the dates of the letters for the CCA and the S.A.R and the postal reciepts but I dont think I still have them. I think I may have thrown them away when I realised that Welcome was only ignoring me. Should I just copy and paste the letter and post it off to Welcome and send a letter to The Lewis Group to tell them not to contact me, especially by getting someone just turning up on my doorstep? yeah I sent them a long time ago when we first found out what a horrible company Welcome are. The money we have paid seems to dissapear and nothing ever comes. We waited 2 years for a statement to come after we requested it, and as you can imagine there was a lot of things added to it in regards of capitalisation and other interests. We sent them a letter to say the account was in dispute as they had failed to comply with the requests and that we had other issues with the account and got no reply, other than from a guy that said that the account was no passed to The Lewis Group and they would have no dealings with the account now. Hi Still had NO help from anyone on this Today a man from The Lewis Group has turned up. He wouldn't speak to my husband about the nature of the call (even though it is in joint names), and gave him a little card in a sealed envelope with the contact details on. Now what should I do? Welcome never replied to anything (CCA requests and S.A.R requests) and The Lewis Group seem the same. Any help is apprciated. Lyndsey

hiya. i probably wont be about much tomorrow, but will be about the next night, just name a time after 10ish and i'll be here to talk. We haven't really done much. We CCA'd them (as above message) and have tried SARing them. No info was recieved by us and the postal order wasn't returned so i dont know what happend with it. I have tryed to complain to a guy called Pete Ball in central recoveries, after i recieved a letter from him about all our information on the credit reference agencies was correct (we didn't ask for it), but he told me that all the info was right and that basically he wasn't going to do anything bacause the account has been sent to the DCA, and that any problems with the PPI need to be sent to the complaints department. We haven't paid them anything in about 18 months and the only things we have recieved is the letter from mr Ball and a letter from a DCA. We haven't even recieved a default letter yet, but i'mm guessing they have defaulted it. any help or advice on what to do next would be really appricated Thanks Lyndsey

no one ever really carried on helping me out like some people get help. I am willing to try anything anyone suggests, but we really need to get it sorted a.s.a.p.
