Il let you know the result!!As the guarantee card has been classed as stolen a couple of months ago the bank has said it is unlikley they will be allowed to clear...fingers crossed!!

Hi..I have £750 worth of cheques in the money shop which are due to start comming out next wee and I cant affordd it. They have details of my old cancelled guarantee card..can I cancel the cheques and then negotiate a settlement with them? Thanks for the help...clare

Its the nat west...im self employed, so have to submit invoices for my work..they had paid into 'the closed' account before, but the invoices were clearly marked 'payment to be made to new bank account' and then the details... Thanks for trying to help guys!!

please help, i despearate. My wages were paid into a closed bank account by mistake (£1300) that the bank had closed 4 mths before (£2000 overdrawn) They havent returned the cash to my employers,can they just keep it even tho the account is closed? i know I owe them cash but taking a whole months money is leaving me unable to pay my mortgage!! Hi..please help asap. My wages (£1300)were mistakenly paid into a closed bank account(that was closed by the bank £2000 overdraft) The bank hasnt returned the cash to my employer, so I assume the bank have taken it! Can they do this after the account is closed? Is there any way I can get it back? Thanks..this has left me unable to pay my mortgage!
