sorry what do you mean by terminated ? they were sold to lowel they not active by shop direct . if i have that right

no accounts active all terminated and all in there last year or months of the 6 years

Well from the forms I have been though there are £12.00 administraion charges !!! one every month there is even a £108.00 administraion charge

ok got a letter back from shop direct saying they are working on my s.a.r and will get back to me . lowell is still chasing me and have said that they have tried everything and are now going to go ahead with court !!! so is there that letter that i can send to stop them or just slow them down The s.a.r is taking longer because they asked for more info from me thanks

Hi sorry we had some family problems and my wife has just given birth to our daughter so been it been a mad house with xmas and the baby . I did not send the sar letters and have now received a pre -legal assessment warning me the lowell want to ccj me ,now that i have time i will send the sar letter but what do i do about lowell bugging me ? thanks for all the help and advice

Hi everybody it has been almost a year that i did not hear from lowell but i just got a phone call and new nasty letters , im going to send the sars letter away now . Is there anything else i could do and when does the time run out is it the date from the last payment or from when they defaulted the account ? well out of the 3 cat debts they are only chasing 2 now and the last payment was made 20/04/09 and 09/04/09 but the default date is 21/12/2009

Can I ask what the sar would help and what the next step would be

well the debt is old only 2 years of the 6 left , do i send the SAR to shop direct and if so what office and what do i do about lowell then ? Oh must i send a SAR for each of the accounts ?

So what do you think I should do ???
