Hi everyone and Bookworm hope you are all well?.Looks like the banks are being kind to us all now by giving us extra on our overdraft facility and calling it a Reserve, is this for our benefit or is it to make them look good to the court :D:D:rolleyes:...

Hi Everybody Selv here,
I wished I had payed more attention at school and turned up for all my History lessons instead of my mates and I locking ourselves in the toilets and having a smoke cus then I would have known a bit more about some of the last posts espescially Aequitas's last parragraph (whats all that about) me being a not so well educated type of person if it was written in a way I could understand then there would be more interest and a lot more posts ,cus people like me think we are out of our depth so are frightened to reply....SELV....

Sorry conquer but I wished I new the answer to your question, but I am only saying what I would eventually do....SELV...

Cheers freakyleaky, having only been a member on the site for only a few weeks there was nothing in any of the posts I have read to assume the Bookworm was female so I appologise to Miss or Mrs Bookworm for my apparent error.Incidentally I know plenty of women that play snooker with or without glasses;)

Hi Mr Moderator/Bookworm, now that avatar looks really like a Bookworm ,instead of a snooker player;) (hope you have a sense of humour life is too short hey?) Anyway thanks for the info on your last post shall be onto it as soon as have finished this post ,cheers matey..

Tax Credits Overpayment - Incorrect!
in Benefits and HMRC

Hi ,something similar happened to me 3yrs ago, they overpayed me when I was off work ill,but because I went out and got myself a job I was told I had to pay £2310-00 back because they had overpaid me,because of my other money commitments they agreed that I could pay it back at £20-00 per month which I am doing and the direct debits finish in the year 2016 2years after my retiring age,It would have paid me to have NOT gone back to work. But the moral of my story is just offer to pay it back so much a month so you can still recieve your full benefits.
