Received two letters from the nationwide, one saying they were reviewing my case and that they would reply by the 8th may - there 14 days are up now should i issue papers or wait til the 8th of may? - need some advice The other letter says i must pay back my overdraft or they will refer it to a debt collection agency - auto generated letter - don't think the left and right hand are communicating
  3. looks like i've been referred to customer services - might get a human being to look into it - not holding out much hope of a response im my favour MOD NOTE: MERGED TO ORIGINAL THREAD TO MAKE IT EASIER TO FOLLOW CASE.
  4. Sending lba letter today - see if they wake up!
  5. I have sent initial letter to nationwide and recived the standard response of we are not going to refund your charges along with a leaflet!!!!!!!! will now send them court papers for £976.00 see what happens
