moneyworries.co.uk. Is it the answer?
dilligentknave replied to dilligentknave's topic in A Word from the Banks
With all the pieces of the rain forest that the credit card companies send out, in which they say 'making the minimum payments will greatly increase the length of time it takes to clear your debt'. I can't see an end to my situation as i briefly concentrate on one credit card, to get the balance down. The other cards shout don't forget us. So the CCCS was correct in one thing it said, i need to calculate an affordable payment plan for all my creditors and stick to it. Not easy when other things jump out demanding attention. -

I went onto the CCCS website and completed a survey, giving information on outgoings and timeframes (no specifics) just to try and get a handle on my predicament. I was very pleased to be informed by CCCS once i had completed the survey that i don't actually have a problem. It is all in my head. This is very reassuring and i can sleep soundly once again. -

Thanks for the info, i thought i shouldn't beleive it. I will check out the postings offered tomorrow and see what their story is. -
Reading through some of these posts, my problem fades into insignificance. I stopped working approximately three and a half years ago. I completed a university course to try and better myself as there was no prospective employers banging at my door. I have a number of credit cards and other repayments to make out of my disability. I thought i had found the answer when i stumbled across moneyworries.co.uk. These say they are a non profit organisation who want to help. It would be good if it was true but i got myself into a mess beleiving what people say. I looked for any past comments on moneyworries.co.uk and have found nothing. has anyone had any dealings with these people and are they legit. Any comments, suggestions or other ideas would be greatly appreciated. (by the way, this is my first post)
