  1. Thanks for that Shane. I've still got my learner plates on here. What exactly is an S.A R? Thanks Stubie
  2. Hi All & Happy Xmas and New Year, I've been advised to post my question on here from a fellow member off another forum. Hope you can help? I went bankrupt at the beginning of Oct and I included in my SOA (statement of affairs) an overdraft with First Direct. The account was in joint names (my OH did not go BR, just me) so I was assuming that my OH would at least be liable for half the amount of the overdraft. It seems banks have a law to themself, FD have now asked my other half to pay the full amount of the OD. Can someone clarify that they can do this and from my understanding an overdraft is not protected by the CCA74? Thanks for any help? Stubie_do
