You should be very careful about buying warranty from Carcraft and NAC. We have had numerous problems with claims and NAC will use every possible loop hole to avoid payment. The complaints procedure is totally biased towards the Company and can only be done in writing. You cannot even contact the Adjudicator other than by writing to a PO Box number. Therefore, trying to find out what is happening is virtually impossible. I really can't undedrstand why Carcraft have not done something about this, as the internet has many examples of customers all experiencing the same problem. Could it be that they are fuuly aware of this but are happy to take the money?
