  3. Hi everyone it looks as though I can post again as I said to FOS I think an organised picket would help. We could hand out leaflets to the employees etc and maybe one of them might just decide to blow the whistle................. its worth a try!
  4. how many of us would up for a picket of FSA CH or Capstones offices. If we did this we would surely get some press coverage
  5. Can't wait to read these posts you keep talking about Freedom, they must be explosive he informs me that they are informative not expposive, but if the admin dont get their act together they will be lost in the annals of time!! BRING BACK IATBG & MARTDJ
  6. Just sent this off to E & Y regardingbtheir recent "audit" of SPMLS accounts . You can see the previous message & reply!! ----- Original Message ----- From:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: Sent: Friday, March 12, 2010 2:24 PM Subject: Re: Fw: Assurance query Michael, Thank you for this anonymous reply. Without your surname I cannot contact you by phone! I am still awaiting a reply to the first e mail. Perhaps this might have to do with today's news that your company may be facing legal action over the whole Lehmans saga.Am I right or do you just take an age to reply anyway. I will seriously consider taking this matter further if I don't receive a reply shortly. ----- Original Message ----- From: assurance@uk.ey.com To: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, February 26, 2010 4:46 PM Subject: Re: Fw: Assurance query Dear Mr xxxxxxxxx, Thank you for your email. One of my colleagues will respond to your query in due course. Kind regards. Michael "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 24/02/2010 14:35 To cc Subject Fw: Assurance query Please let me know that you have received this e mail and are dealing with it ----- Original Message ----- From: xxxxxxxxxxxx To: Sent: Sunday, February 21, 2010 6:06 PM Subject: Assurance query Pleasae can you tell me whether the attached document is genuine ie it is from you, and the name of the person who audited the accounts.
  7. This could explain why E & Y are taking there time replying to me e mail regarding SPML!!
  8. After complaining to FOS about SPML charges funally got a letter from them today. they are going top let SPML know about tye complaint and give them 8 weks to reply!! I have already told them that SPML wont refund the charges, but apparantly i have to have in writing from SPML that their final respnse is No and referring me to the FOA. No wonder the FOS are slow at doing anything!!
  9. As its coming up to election time perhaps we could e mail every MP and potential candidate to canvas their opinions. Surely one of them might try and do something. They are our elected representatives and cannot ignore the matter if there are enough complainants. What anout o petition on the No 10 Downing St site?
  10. I sent my complaint off to FOS re SPML charges etc, a couple of weeks ago. How long do they normally take to respond
  11. I have received an e mail back from Ernst & Young. They are getting someine to look into it
  12. Has everyone been scared off by the tactics of SPML. Its gone very quiet!
  13. Well so far they havn't even read the email. Perhaps I will ring them tomorrow!
  14. Well it sems that SPML have got to the Site team. They are threatening legal action over some of the posts that I may have put up. All the information is freely available and in the public domain. Apparantly some of you have made threats towards these people. I dont know who you are but you are spoiling it for the majority of us. It would seem that feathers are ruffled at SPML They obviously cannot stand the heat!! It would be interesting to know who at SPML made the threat of legal action, as far as I am aware they only have one director and no staff! Doesn't take long to work out who!! For those of you that didn't see the posts the CAGBOT has removed them!
  15. I do not need help at the moment, but others who may will be put off by this constant arguing and verbal diarrhea and I am sure there are a lot of people that want help or could help that are discouraged by this
  16. Can we try and keep posts to facts and opinions regarding the title of the post. It is not at all helpful to have all this squabbling and inane rubish here. If you want to do that may I suggest Facebook. In order for someone to find help in this thread they have to trawl through pages of ramblings of mad or sad persons Nuff said!
  17. I make you right! We just want a stop to the cowboy practices and for these companies to act responsibly and honestly!
  18. Looking further at the 192.com entry it shows a phone number for him too!
  19. I have just e mailed E&Y asking whether this is a genuine document and the name of the person who audited the acounts. Lets see what happens!
  20. Does the DPA apply to records in the public domain anyway? If that were the case then we would not be able to publish telephone numbers or names of various organisations
  21. The only way these companies will change their unlawful activities is if they are named and shamed in the public eye ie the Media. they will not take notice of a small number of us unless one of the District Judges decvdes that enough is enough and a sated case is forthcoming. A company as large as this can hide behind all sorts of Company Laww etc and until we get a lawyer who specialises in such matters on our side we will not acheive much just quoting various acts etc
  22. How many have reported to watchdog? if only one or two then they wouldn't be. If we all e mailed and wrote then maybe they might take notice. [EDIT] What evidence did you present to the Police? If they have not investigated then why not make a formal complaint
  23. As an alternative way forward has anyone tried getting the media onside viz. Watchdog, Panorama or the likes. If there has been criminal activity within these companies then Im sure that someone within the media would love to investigate, or perhaps its all too diifficult for them. We should remind the Beeb that as licence payers they should take heed of our woes. If we were all to write to watchdog surely they cannot ignore the issue
