My daughter phoned today to say Halifax had charged her 10 times this month nearly £300 what can she do , as they have charged her for not having enough money in the bank to pay for recent chargers they put on They are going back into her account again on the 25th Dec , she rang them and explained she didn't get payed (into her account) till the last day of the month...the lady she spoke to more or less said tough

just wondering if the mistake made by MC solicitors might help others to get there debt written off, i made the complaint because they had revealed my identify to others they admitted they had sent it out to several other people

I did tell them i want it in writing , will let you know what happens

Okay here goes i also have received a large amount of letters off them , after phoning Northampton county court i found out the mistake has been made by a solicitor acting on behalf of MCE portfolio ltd, they have added my name address along side a larger amount than the lady in the news paper article ...i phoned the solicitor concerned and they have wrote my outstanding debt off ... Just wondering what people think the out come of this will be
