Hi Guys This might save someone a few pounds my Transit is a good van so when i went out the next morning after driving in bad weather to find the oil light staying on when started (dull light) checked the oil level fine started to think this is going to be major costs to fix Phoned a freind in the trade and he said go buy a oil switch located at the front of the engine along with the plug and wire its a comon fault as the rain gets to it £22 for the parts saved £140 at least for booking into ford to solve the problem Hope this helps others as i admit i freaked out and nearly took my van to main dealer How can they get away with this knowing its a comon fault but run the checks anyway charging the customer fortunes when they know the cause The Sod

Hi Guys Been in the car trade all my life and the main reason i would not tax a car with my trade policy is because the car would then be put in my name so if a car needs taxed then its up to the buyer to tax car Some car dealers will tell you whatever just to get the sale
