Hi Can anyone help, I am due in court on Tuesday with Halifax to defend my claim. They are trying to put it on hold but the MCOL previously advised me my case was too far along to do this but the judge has ordered a hearing. I'm really nervous and not quite sure what to do. can anyone help with some advice? not fnding this site very easy to navigate! thanks so much sasha
