I have been with them over 3yrs and have nothing but bad customer service from them, although I will state that the Irish ladies do do what they say they will, it's the asian customer service thats c**p, for a free router you need to demand netgear as this is fantastic and comes with it's own firewall and anti virus software all pre installed, had mine 12 months it's brill.

Hi Kellyn1201, My advice to you would be put in writing to them stating what you beleave to be wrong with the car and if they are not prepared to rectify then you will be going to Trd Stds under the design & Construct and fit for purpose headings giving them 14 Days to respond. The I find that it needs two frt shocks, antiroll bar links, balljoint upper. oil service, ect then a evg pipe blows off more costs, I contacted trading stds followed there advice had a responce but still no rembursment for all the parts that I had to replace. then a call the cheques in the post (LOL) I can take him to court and the judgement would fall in my favour according to Trd Stds. I have all the corrispondence and txt mess kept . what should I do? I bought the car in June 2007.
