My wife took a job at a small local shop to work 3 days a week, 9.00 to 5.30.
After 6 months she was given an ultimatum, that she had to work 5 days a week, 9.45 to 3.30. Same hours virtually, same pay which is minimum wage.
She isn't too pleased about it having left a job at a school with similar hours and more pay with paid school holidays, to be now in a position working for less money and holidays.
She has asked if her holiday entitlement has changed and I'd guess the delay in answering has to do with the owners checking their legal position.
Could anyone advise where I could look or ask to find what her position is?
