  1. Her contract of employment has changed, surely ? Not thought of that. She's now working 27.5 hours per week so approx 16 days including statutory, which as she works in a tourist area she normally works anyway
  2. My wife took a job at a small local shop to work 3 days a week, 9.00 to 5.30. After 6 months she was given an ultimatum, that she had to work 5 days a week, 9.45 to 3.30. Same hours virtually, same pay which is minimum wage. She isn't too pleased about it having left a job at a school with similar hours and more pay with paid school holidays, to be now in a position working for less money and holidays. She has asked if her holiday entitlement has changed and I'd guess the delay in answering has to do with the owners checking their legal position. Could anyone advise where I could look or ask to find what her position is?

  4. I must be doing something wrong or I've missed something important. We had a possession hearing back in July over 3 months arrears with a sub prime lender. We paid the arrears and actually 3 months payments before the case and were told verbally and in writing that the case would be closed and we had no need to appear. We have met all payments since on the 1st of the month and when I enquired of the court, received a letter stating the judge had suspended the possession order until further notice on the request of the lender? Can I get this closed
