Posted my letter to the branch 10 days ago requesting refund of two £35 charges the last being in Nov 2005. Last Friday I received a letter from the manager saying that he will look into the claim. Checked my online balance today and discovered that £70 has been refunded no questions asked. I wonder what the follow up letter will say!!!!
