  1. I'm starting the process to claim 3 x PPI from HSBC Bank taken on personal loans for my wife. Sending the SAR today by recorded post. Does anyone know the best address to send it to? Updates, and no doubt requests for help from others, to follow.
  2. I have been on the PDL spiral for about a year using Wongaand Txtloan. Both companies have had considerable interest from me in thisperiod. Matters desperately need resolving and I need to get rid of them both. Currently outstanding are: Txtloan £400 advance, £68 interest =£468. Wonga £1097 advance, £228.35 interest, £5.50 transmission =£1330.85 I have notified by letter Halifax Bank to stop any furtherpayments to both Txtloan and Wonga. I had supplied both with my Debit Carddetails, which I have now cancelled the card. Will this be sufficient to stopany further payments from the Halifax account? The Halifax account is currently over limit of overdraft, however, other funds are planned to be paid into the account and other billsare paid from the account. TXTLOAN defaulted today. I informed Textloan of thesituation and withdrawal of payment authority before the default. I outlined Iwas experiencing financial difficulties, which include mortgage arrears, andthat I wanted to enter into an affordable repayment plan. I have today byreturn email received the following: "If you require a repayment plan for a period of timeexceeding the 60 days of our credit cycle, the full overdue balance to berepaid will be £722, which is fixed as after 60 days the interest and chargesare frozen. We are prepared to accept £100 monthly payments. Please beso kind as to provide the exact dates we can debit your card." I'm unsure if Txtloan defaulted because of no funds or mehaving cancelled debit card? Also I feel the increase in the debt to be unfair.I am yet to reply. WONGA is due tomorrow and I will also inform them of thesituation and withdrawal of payment authority before default. I expectsomething similar from them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. cjg
  3. The accounts with PDL's for which I have notified the Halifax were with WONGA and TXTLOAN. I supplied both with my Debit Card details, which I have since cancelled. Will this be sufficient to stop any further payments from Halifax account? The Halifax account is currently over limit of overdraft and TXTLOAN defaulted today. WONGA due tomorrow. My wages due in tomorrow also. I'm unsure if TXTLOAN default because of no funds or me having cancelled debit card?
  4. I delivered 2 x letters today to Halifax for this purpose and was even able to speak to the manager. Staff were unsure and advised closing account and opening another. Seemed to be in the difficult to do box.
  5. Hi when you have your date for court and if you have your spredsheets saved on excel just run new copies and it will automatically modify your totals by adjusting your days since charges were imposed. Seperate spredsheets should be done for your NEW charges. Then the Judge should take them into account as well. Thats what i was advised to do. Linda
