ok. now i get averything.. almost so even if i have empty account.. and i will pay 300 by cheque.. they will still let me go ? proceseing cheque take about 2-3 days, thats the thing what i cannot understand, to many people can do that for lots of money.. then they can go somewhere else in the world and start doing same thing.. Is that transax take a loot into Your account while You in shop to see that u have enogh money to make a purchase ? otherwise thats supid

i don't have any cheque guarantee card, i receive only visa debit card and cheque slips.. currently i have 400 pounds in my account and i want to buy some hi-fi for 300, so it means that i cannot pay by cheque ?

So.. in theory.. i can have an empty account, buy whatever i want and then they let me go with goods.. ? they don't have any possibility to confirm that i have money inmy account ? that sound weird.. how that can works for that many years when it's that easy to cheat.. ? maybe i ask some silly questions but i'm quite young and curious about that.. i've just open my first bank account with lloyds.. and to many thing are strange for me..

Hi, i would like to find out how it is with paying by cheque for goods in comet.. How long it take from the moment when i gave them cheque to the time when that amount gonna be taken from my account ? And can i take goods straight away or i need to wait untill cheque has been cleared ?
