Hi all, I have a debt with RBS of 2.500.00 and it got transfer to rockwell in 1999. No i didnt bother paying it at the time as i was young and unemployed. Now i have a full time job and house etc and debt free even my credit score is clean until last june 2008 rockwell phone and stupidly told them yes it me so in the end i agree to a 25 pound a month payback and reviewd every 6 months. Question is can they still make me pay after 9 years?? i heard if they cant prove i own the debt i can get away with it. Please help as people saying that debt should of been written off and it not even showing on my credit file.
