bought a washing machine from comet on 18/08/10 to replace our dead one - a haier model. well today alomst exactly 1 month and 1 year after we bought it , its started making horrible noises ; am concerned ofc - but why so soon after its first year? what rights do we have since its `only` a year old (+1 month)

just contacted them - the reply was as the benefit was paid on your behalf towards the rent ,wether part or in full , the matter is yours and not the councils in any dispute of alledged unpaid rent. they are sending me (again) a year on year breakdown of the amount paid to the landlord.

over a year ago i recieved a `demand` for £665 - totally out of the blue by a landlord i hadn`t been with for 2 years , i contacted them asking what it was about and heard nothing. 4 months later rossendales sent me letters demanding the moeny - i disputed this straight away , and once again requested a statement of account and why do they think i owed them this (now identified) unpaid rent - which is difficult since i was , at that time , recieving benefit from the council for rent - paid directly to the landlord! well now another company - credit security limited , acting on behalf of rossendales are wanting this money - and again , the same thing ; disputed this and requested information to which , i get nothing. oh and in the mean time another company `redcastle` say they have now been instructed to collect this money but based upon what i have read on here i told them where to go as rossendales are dealing with it. how long can this russbish go on for? im getting sick and tired of asking the same things time and again just to go round in circles - thy don`t seem like giving up and wont give me the simple request i have asked for.

last year i recieved a letter from southern horizon saying i owed then money - after a few communivations they disclosed it was for unpaid rent at a property of theres; now this is interesting as when i was a tennant i was in reciept of benefit paid in full from my local council i obtained all the benefit payments and sent a copy to southern horizon saying that i couldn`t possibly owe them anything. didnt hear anything till jan urary when i got a letter from Rosendales collect` - demanding the payment for southern horizon! so i then ask for a statement of this account and also send the same request to southern horizon - well a few phone calls (recored message and real perosn) and the same thing all the time - they want money - i dispute this this and southern horizon are not providing anything then rosendales collect phoned again yesterday (4/4/08) and today - i get a letter (well fold out peice of card from Mackenzie Hall - who want , the same debt from southern horizon! i keep asking for proof - no one is supply ing it - and i keep getting demands for money - and now from 2 dca`s! i really am at the end of my tether.

hi there - llyods are also charging me silly amounts now for a £10 overdrawn - so far they claim last month it was £59 and this month it is £65 in charges! how do i dispute this as its totally unfair - i asked them to close the account so i could pay it previously in december but they just ignored me. i have not acknowledged any charges or det to them.

Hi , im not sure if this is teh correct place to post this , please forgive me if its wrong! im overdrawn with lloyds - now this isn`t teh issue they have phoned 15 times since teh 24th august and written 7 times as well , my wife and i are sick to the back teeth of the near daily calls or letters from them is there anything i can do to stop it? its getting upsetting now as to who is actually ringing on the phone.
