Im gonna make a claim at court for my charges Im gonna apply to a court where they are not granting stays if i can find one that blanket hears cases but my question is this: Does the case not get automatically transferred to your local court ? I.e regardles of where i make my claim will it not end up being dealth with by my local anyways who are granting blanket stays If this is the case its poinltess me applying somewhere different that is hearing cases ? What is the procedure on this ? Any hard and fast rules or just something that is beyond your control that can go one way or the other ? All info on this is appreciated
