Hi, I bank with First Direct and made a refund charges claim in Aug for just over £2000. I have received a letter back saying that they are not doing anything until the OFT/FSA court case. I still want to pursue this, what letter should I be sending now? A friend had all their charges returned from NatWest (approx £2500) without it going to court.
