  1. Its okay I was told but I mis-heard and thought you were accusing me of fraud and I was ready to set my posse after ya lol.
  2. Indemnity Claim letter to bank has now been printed! Watch this space.
  3. Pounds Till Payday are a BIG nuisance, I owe them money too and they harass me via email several times a week. They can go and whistle for their money as far as I am concerned. At the end of the day Dave, they have to accept whatever you can afford as they cant have what you haven't got and make sure that you don't offer an amount that is going to leave you struggling for money.
  4. I still haven't received a refund and I had the following email waiting for me in response to me demanding the additional £5 back too: Subject: RE: Lee Davies (Admin Mgr) - response required via email by 2pm today. Date: Thu, 19 Mar 2009 15:04:51 +0000 From: admin@tlgloans.co.uk To: Dear In regards of your e-mail requesting the amount of £39.99, your account is under dispute with the head office and it will take upto 7-14working days. Mnay thanks Alesha I was so p-d off that I contacted my Bank and asked them why they wont refund me as I never authorised the money to be taken from my account and they have asked me to re-submit an Indemnity Claim and they will look at the issue again. So fingers crossed.
  5. Well the Recorded Delivery letter turned out to be something else, so still no refund. I did however have the following email waiting for me in response to me demanding the additional £5 back too: Subject: RE: Lee Davies (Admin Mgr) - response required via email by 2pm today. 6. If there was no £5 reduction, then it was from the bank. CONGRATS!
  7. The first avenue of action to follow is that your girlfriend needs to contact her bank where the payment came from and tell them that she never authorised the payment and wants to do an "indemnity Claim", which basically means that the bank will investigate the matter and hopefully refund the money back to her bank account, in full. Let me know who she gets on with this and if no joy, I will show you how to claim a refund from them. You will also find the thread @ http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/payday-loans/175764-lending-group.html VERY interesting.
  8. Has anyone had their SAR fulfilled? If so, did it show anything up?
  9. If I understand it correctly, my letter is the S10 and if so, what parts do I need to add or delete to serve it on its own?

  11. Nope, haven't had that excuse YET but thanks for the heads up and I will be on my guard for it.
  12. Loulou - they are LYING. Their Head Office is their office in Stockport. I haven't received a reply to my email and no refund. I do have an unexpected Recorded Delivery letter waiting for me at the Sorting Office, so maybe thats the refund. I will go their later and find out.
