  1. The banks are actively ignoring hardship cases and treating them the same as any bank charge claim. The more people who contact the fsa about this the better chance that something would be done. I wouldnt hold your breath though...
  2. The banks are breaking the conditions of the waiver by deliberately ignoring the circumstances of all customers regardless of whether they are in financial difficulties or not. Doubt if the fsa have the balls to do anything about it though.
